Shogun Films announced today that its feature film Nemesis, which was due to commence production on March 22nd, has been postponed in the face of increasing concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic.
Co-producer Adam Stephen Kelly said, “We had been considering this decision even before the coronavirus became a global pandemic, but it is now clear that our only option is to delay the production. Our top priority is looking after our cast, crew and financiers. While we are obviously disappointed by this turn of events, we know it is by far the only decision to be made given the circumstances. We will reassess the situation as soon as possible and in the meantime wish everyone the very best in these uncertain times".
Nemesis, written by Kelly and to be directed by James Crow, will star Billy Murray, Frank Harper, Jeanine Nerissa, Nick Moran, Lucy Aarden, Nick Nevern, Danny Bear and Ambra Moore.
